**The Client**

Our university client is seeking Trainer to join the team. You’ll responsible for supporting the implementation of a new, consolidated, secure student CRM that will allow effective connection to successfully support students throughout their journey.

**The Role**
- Experience in creating learning materials for online and offline learning (eg. a mix of eLearning modules, videos, QRGs, facilitator packs)
- Skills in using Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro (to create eLearning modules, videos) or similar tools
- Is confident in conducting learning content reviews with project and business stakeholders, and providing feedback to offshore learning designers
- Experience or an understanding in how to set up online programs and courses (and complete other administrative tasks) in a Learning Managing System
- Experience in scheduling and managing the logistics for the rollout of training events (both online and face to face)
- Experience in facilitating training in formal face to face settings, over Teams and self paced workshops
- Other administrative tasks as required to support the training and change roll out
- Ideal experience would be having worked on a Digital Transformation project previously
- Has skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Int-Adv level

**Essential Skills**
- Flexible - this role requires a person to be flexible in the tasks they complete, as it is likely that task requirements may shift and change as the project progresses
- Process driven and methodical - this role is likely to have a lot of tasks where processes need to be followed (eg. learning content review processes, processes in setting up training schedules in Work Day) Rapport builder - this person should have strong stakeholder engagement experience, both with business SMEs/stakeholders and with learners.**If you have the above skills, please APPLY NOW for early consideration.**
