Milestone IT is currently looking for a Data Analyst to join a leading organisation

Your Role: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for diving deep into our vast datasets to extract meaningful insights that illuminate the path forward. Your analytical prowess will empower our teams to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and produce actionable insights.
- Create insightful visualizations and reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor data integrity and proactively address anomalies or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.).
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis.
