**About the Company**

Davidson are currently working with a state government client who are seeking 2 HR Advisors.

**About the Role**

In the role of HR Advisor, you will provide high quality operational advice and support to staff at all levels within Information Technology Branch (ITB) on a full range of human resource (HR) management issues, initiatives and projects impacting on the branch.
- Work as a partner with your customers to provide quality operational advice and support to managers and employees in dealing with the employee lifecycle and establishment management.
- Provide support in the planning and implementation of a range of human resource projects, including career pathing, learning and development and succession management.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor role.
- Experience working within a government department, highly desirable.
- Experience in using SAP HR information database system to collate, analyse and manipulate human resource data.
- Relevant industry degree, highly desirable.
- A recent Criminal History Check within the last 12-months highly desirable.

**The Benefits**
- $52.25 per hour + Super
- 3 -month contract, possible extension
