**The Role**

**Role Highlights**
- Ensure all documents required for Customs clearance are uploaded for all shipments
- Ensure shipments are correctly submitted and relevant cargo statuses are obtained in a timely manner
- Help to improve workflow and processes for imports
- Ensure payments are received for handovers in order to release freight by Cartage team
- Attend to under bond shipments as required
- We're looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with relevant experience in the air import/export space. You will need to be tech savvy with MS Office (MS Word, Excel etc.), and have the motivation to learn new systems and processes. Previous experience using ProCars or Expedient is a bonus

**Requirements**:
