About the role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist for an immediate start to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting.

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you will be part of our team of part time receptionists with an agreed work pattern across Monday to Sunday. This is a part time role working 19.5 hours per fortnight, non negotiable early shifts 07:00 am until 1:30 pm and late shifts 1:30 pm to 08:00 pm. This appointment is for Thursday and Sundays, early and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and placement of all incoming calls

Multitasking and prioritising workload

Maintain confidentiality in relation to all information to which this position has access

After-hours patient admissions

Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments and the Corporate Services Manager in a professional and timely manner

Accountable for courier and taxi voucher booking and control per hospital procedures

**What you bring**:
Experience in Healthcare setting

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
