**Educational Leader** in Early Education

Our
**Newton **centre operates from 7am to 6pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**A little about you**:
You’re an experienced Educational Leader who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. You provide motivating and insightful mentorship to the team and you don't shy away from thinking outside of the box.

Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children’s learning journey with us.

**You also have**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
