We are working closely with our client, a National Telecommunications company, who are seeking multiple Customer Service superstars to join their team for a long-term assignment. This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable brand who offer a supportive working environment.
**Hours**:Shifts between the hours of 5am - 10pm
**Hourly rate**: $30 + Super (+ penalties for any afternoon/ weekend/ Public Holidays)
**Location**: Perth CBD
**Start**: 7th March (not negotiable)
**Duration**: 12 month assignment with potential become permanent dependent on performance and business needs)
- **Please note - this is a full time position only**
**The role**
- Accurately and efficiently process customer requests and inquiries
- Ask clear questions, actively listen, and provide clear instructions to resolve customer issues by assisting customers to understand, use and resolve issues relating to our products and services.
- Check and maintain customer information in accordance with contracts and prescribed instructions.
- Ensure all system generated reports are actioned as required
- Troubleshooting customers technical issues
- Providing technical support on WIFI, mobile phone activations etc
- Be able to engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value and ensuring quality customer service on all calls.
- Retain existing customers by providing an exemplary service experience
- Provide level 1 support for faults, manage service difficulties and offer technical support over the phone
- Offer solutions using a variety of products which also includes Cloud and Web solutions to maximize efficiency working from home during these times.
**Required Skills**:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Ideally have a minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role sorting out issues and resolving problems
- Interested in learning about technology and how to troubleshoot
- Experience working in a call centre for the likes of Superannuation / Insurance and Telecommunication companies will be considered highly advantageous
- Strong computer and accurate typing skills
- Ability to multi-task, be results driven and proactive
- Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Short notice period or be available immediately to start within the next 10 days
- Must have all three covid vaccinations
