**Main Responsibilities, Key points about this role**:
Due to our continued expansion of our channel to market, Fair Dinkum Builds seeks a Territory Manager (Business Development Manager) with experience in new business acquisition to join the team based at our Knoxfield office. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who can identify, attract, and then manage key accounts. The role is responsible for the Southern region (VIC/TAS/SA) with a focus on new business acquisitions in and around these states.

Whilst based out of Stramit Knoxfield, the role is somewhat autonomous with more than 50% on the road identifying and connecting with potential and existing customers. The role is supported by a business manager and other territory managers within the wider team. Regular travel intrastate and interstate to service existing network members is required, as well as trips to regional centres serviced by the Stramit network within the region.

You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You are a natural, strong, and proactive communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly.

Ideally, you will have experience in or exposure to, operating in a Franchise business model under the Franchise Code of Conduct that will enable you to hit the ground running. However, we encourage all applicants with a ‘can do’ attitude and see this role as a great opportunity to apply.
