**The Company**
Our client is the largest rental provider of
**test and measurement instruments** in the southern hemisphere, and they are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive who has the drive to succeed.

**The Role**
This is a very exciting position for someone who loves to
**sell** and has the ability to handle a l
**arge volume** of calls. Together with your excellent verbal communication skills, you will be required to assist customers using your knowledge of test and measurement equipment obtained through a trade background in, e.g.
**electronics, instrumentation, electrical, telecommunications** or similar industry. This role will also require you to have hands-on experience with
**maintenance** of equipment to get the returned equipment ready for the next rental use.

You will be expected to provide
**technical support and solutions** to customers’ problems accompanied by the ability to negotiate and 'upsell'.

**Key skills and experience**:

- A successful track record in customer service evidenced by sales and revenue growth and a demonstrated passion and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
- Knowledge of test and measurement equipment for manufacturing and general industrial use obtained through a trade background in, e.g., electronics, instrumentation, electrical, telecommunications or similar industry
- Highly effective **communication skills** - both verbal and written - as well as the ability to influence customers and colleagues at all levels
- Competent computing skills with experience of using a complex **CRM** and maintaining accurate data demonstrating attention to detail at all times
- Well-developed **analytical skills** to be able to analyse a customer issue/needs and create appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and meeting constant **deadlines**:

- Evidence of effectively working in a team environment and contributing to the team’s success
- Demonstrated initiative and a willingness to continuously learn and develop product knowledge
- **Desirable** to have Tertiary qualifications in a technical/engineering discipline.
