Working in a small team and reporting to the Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the demand planning process, developing forecasts for the Australia and New Zealand market. You will have an analytical mind set, intellectual curiosity and not be afraid to challenge the status quo working with the Sales and Marketing teams in determining accurate forecasts of products, balancing the needs of your key stakeholders and the business.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Liaising with Sales, Marketing & Finance to ensure accurate data is being utilised for the demand planning process
- Keeping abreast of changes in our product portfolio in terms of product lifecycle and the forecast demand trends of these
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to generate accurate forecasts and demand plans to support the SI&OP process
- Ensuring the forecast is aligned with PLCM and market intelligence
- Analyse historical trends in demand, review sales plans, budgets & assess risks to demand plan and identifying opportunities to mitigate the risk.
- Partnering with Supply Planning team to turn the demand forecast plan in purchase and inventory plans
- Co-Chair monthly S&OP meetings to agree consensus demand forecast plan

**And to be successful we think you’ll need**:

- Outstanding communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Solid experience in Excel
- Experience in a Demand Planning and knowledge of Integrated Business Planning within FMCG or Medical Device industries preferred, but not essential.
- A positive can-do attitude, self-driven with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Tertiary qualified with 2-5 years demand planning or data analytics experience.
