About the role
Permanent full time opportunity.
- The purpose of the position is to support the delivery of quality operational services by undertaking an assessment of cleaning standards for use in audit processes across campus'. This will be undertaken in accordance with the Guideline - Management and Application of Environmental Cleaning Audits.
- The position will inspect a sample of features and surfaces within a location and assess against the standard/s described in the Guideline - Environmental Cleaning Risk Levels, Frequencies and Standards.

About you
- Undertake an environmental audit of clinical areas, non-clinical area, and frequent/high touch surfaces within allocated timeframes.
- Ensure that the room or surface within an audit area are selected at random and differ for each audit undertaken in that area.
- Report accurately on findings at the time the audit, ensuring that the results are based on when the audit was conducted and not on future considerations.
- Maintain good relationships and open communication with team members, including participating in regular staff meetings and in-services as requested.
- Follow policies, procedures and instructions relating to work health and safety that are relevant to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality and safe services in the workplace.
