**About the role**

If you are looking for job security with a successful and growing Australian company, then this is the role for you Reporting directly to the owner of the business, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- All aspects of maintenance work in clients strata house.
- Handyman duties
- Fixing trims, gates and fence maintenance
- Replacing or repairing locks
- Cleaning driveways, painting and much more...

**Skills & experience**
- **You must have at least 1 year experience working as a Maintenance Worker or Handyman**:

- You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously
- Trade skills or prior handyman skills is desirable
- Have the physical ability to lift heavy objects on occasion
- Have an Australian Driver's License
