Leading higher education group based in Sydney’s CBD requires a 2 x Business Analyst for 6 months + contract to help deliver Web and Reporting projects.

**As a Business Analyst, you will**:

- Lead workshops and interviews to conduct business process analysis and gather requirements.
- Documenting as-is and to-be business processes and impacts to existing operating models and processes.
- Collaborate with a broad range of functional areas and teams relating to business analysis, process change, technology solutions and people's work practices.
- Identify innovative business solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Work with the project team, business partners and end users to plan and conduct testing
- Support in ensuring project outcomes remain aligned to strategic objectives.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues and risks, and project change requests.
- Ensure templates and other project artefacts that assist with current and future program delivery are captured and shared

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Experience in delivering university projects.
- Extensive experience in Web & Data / Reporting Projects
- Capturing high-level requirements for vendor briefings (web focused)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional - certification highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum.
- Experience using tools such as Jira & Confluence, etc.

**A hybrid work model is in place.**

**Public transport consisting of Trains & Buses are a 5 min walk away.
