**Great opportunity within our Operations Excellence team**
This is an exciting opportunity within our Operations Excellence team. The Superuser Lead is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Super Users. Your duties will include:

- Act as the central point of contact and support for WMOS
- Support local operations to deliver continuous improvements across all sites/sectors
- Drive best practice and current standards
- Educate and support new business and startups with WMOS
- Development and succession planning within the Superuser team
