The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail oriented people person in a rare opportunity for an Safety, Quality and Environment (SQE) Manager to contribute to the success of our projects.

Reporting to the Head of SQE, you will work closely with your team of SQE Advisors, management and regional operational staff in the development, planning and implementation of CPP’s strategic direction relating to SQE.

You will be a champion for SQE initiatives, partnering with operations to keep our people safe and deliver quality projects.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Demonstrated experience in WHS/Safety in either Power/Electricity, Civil, Construction or Rail industry
Diploma in WHS/Safety (or similar)
A track record of inspiring safety leadership and the ability to lead a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people across all levels internally and with external clients
Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple issues.
High-level attention to detail
An interest in HOP and the new view of safety
Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate
