**The opportunity**

Join us for this full-time role, working with family friendly hours, close to home, in one of Melbourne's most beautiful locations.
The purpose of the Memorial Installer is to oversee and manage the cremation process, verifying all incoming and outgoing documentation, removal and installation of memorial plaques, cremated remains, cemetery plaques, concrete and granite bases and provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
- Review and ensure that all paperwork is accurate prior to proceeding with the cremation process.
- Installation of all types of memorial, cremated remains, granite, Plaques and basses ensuring the installation occurs at the correct location.
- Remove Memorials for Cancelations, End of Tenure and ensure the area is left in a clean and tidy state.
- Cleaning and processing plaques following ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) Removal and ensuring all ACM processes and procedures are followed.
- Maintain all equipment in an operational and clean state at all times and immediately identify and report any malfunctions to the Manager.

**About You**

You'll be working in a fast-paced, team environment where we are always striving for better. You'll enjoy working with people, and working outdoors. You'll also need:

- An Australian drivers licence
- The confidence to independently navigate and operate computers, specifically the MS Office package - Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of WHS and Risk policies and procedures.
- To be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings, as needed.
