Seeking a creative, motivated, and talented **Sales Trainer** to join our team supporting our Australia territory. In this role you will contribute to the profitability and growth of our Sales organization through the development and implementation of training plans, programs, and processes to support overall Ergomotion business goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Adult Learning Expert: Stay apprised of changes in market, solutions, and training methodologies. With guidance and collaborative efforts, develop new and/or revamp existing training approaches to ensure sales readiness.

Collaboratively design training strategies within Region with Regional counterpart. Create programs focused on immediate applicability: Focus on driving business goals and initiatives. Ensure both vertical and horizontal solutions are connected at every opportunity. Drives a common language, approach, and level of competency across all sales connections.

Effectively communicate using provided formats after each training session with Director of Training, Regional counterpart, and Retail liaison partner.

Effectively be the eyes and ears for the company and communicate all changes in the market to leaders in the corporate office.

Manage schedule and book out trainings at least 90 days out.

Develop, implement and facilitate training workshops as required for National Sales Meetings and other meetings that may be necessary as determined by the commercial teams.

Develop and present effective sales training methods, techniques and ideas for all new product launches.

Travel solo or with Regional partner and teammates and other Training and Product personnel to assess, coach and develop each other, in relative terms to Learning and Development and professional development.

Create an engaging sales learning environment by developing & delivering dynamic trainings via live or recorded webinars, small group settings and through other available media options.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field and at least 3 years bedding or furniture retail sales experience as well as multi-unit management or previous manufacturer representation experience. English speaker required with Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin language skills highly preferred. Must have a reliable means of travel in order to visit accounts.

**Travel**:
up to 75% travel; quarterly to Korea and Japan; US travel 2-3 times per year.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
