**Overview**

The Medical Services Administrative Assistant is responsible and accountable for the provision of:

- An effective and high-level liaison, comprehensive administrative support to the Coordinator Medical Services of the Riverland Mallee Coorong Region and Medical Services staff.
- A professional, effective, and efficient administration support which contributes to the delivery of high-quality services for the Medical Services team, locum staff and staff employed under fee for service arrangements.
- This position has responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of operations including advice and support to the Coordinator of Medical Services on areas relating to administrative matters and functions.
- The incumbent will provide research and project support to the Medical Services Team for projects relating to the provision of Medical Services within RMCLHN
