A prestigious educational institution with a strong commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join the team as a Fundraising Manager. As the Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing school community and old girl engagement plans, as well as fundraising strategies to support the School's key projects and the Foundation's funds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and monitor fundraising, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with the Director to devise and execute fundraising strategies for annual giving, major gift programs, and capital campaigns.
- Maintain an engaged School community through effective communication and involvement in various events.
- Identify prospective donors, conduct prospect research, manage an accurate donor database, and produce comprehensive fundraising reports.
- Coordinate fundraising events and Foundation functions to maximize donor engagement and support.
- Foster positive relationships with existing donors and actively cultivate relationships with prospective donors.
- Optimize communication systems with donors, ensuring positive and purposeful relationships while prioritizing efficiency.
- Ensure all development activities comply with legislation, ethical standards, and the ethos of the School.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in planning, developing, and executing relationship management and fundraising strategies, including major gift fundraising.
- Demonstrated ability to engage the commitment and support of potential donors and build strong relationships.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to write for a professional audience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a flexible communication style to effectively collaborate with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
- Strong commitment to and interest in development work in the education sector.
- Demonstrated time-management skills and the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a willingness to learn software applicable to the position's requirements, such as donor management databases.
