We are seeking a full-time entry level IT Trainee, to join our team and endeavor on our Information Technology Traineeship.

The Position:
- Desktop Support - Field Services support role
- This role will involve daily travel
- You MUST have a driver's license and full-time access to a reliable car
- You will provide onsite, face to face technical support with a client base made up of Principals, Teachers and Business leaders
- You'll be experiencing different environments, different people, and different challenges, week to week.
- As an IT trainee, your tasks will include (but not be limited to):
- Maintaining equipment such as computers, laptops, printers, Etc
- Ability to address and resolve arising issues in a timely manner
- Liaising with vendors/suppliers to report faults and organise repairs and replacements
- Engaging with third party vendors to resolve technical problems
- Keeping track of equipment/asset management
- Performing hardware and software upgrades
- Creating and maintaining logs of ongoing and completed tasks
- Running company related errands such as:
- Pickups
- Drop-offs
- Deliveries
Skills And Experience Required:
- A genuine passion for technology
- Punctuality
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- A genuine "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
- Can prioritise and meet deadlines
- Organised, structured and disciplined approach in managing daily workload
- Understanding networks (wired/wireless), routers, switches etc
- Comfortable with Microsoft Operating Systems
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to think logically and laterally in order to work through problems to determine the cause and resolution
Essential Requirements:
- You MUST have a current driver's license and full-time access to a reliable car
- Only applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident will be considered for this position
- Please note we are only seeking applicants with fluent English communication and strong client relation skills
- It is essential that you are a clear communicator with an excellent customer service approach
- Some experience in IT will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Experience with IT customer Service will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- A "Working With Children Check" screening will need to be conducted. There is an $80.00 fee, but this is only required for the successful applicant.

Pay: From $750.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
