The Member Education Manager will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Super SA’s member education programs. The role will include facilitating and delivering in-person seminars, online webinars, workplace relationship management and education, and providing our members with sound knowledge and insights about the exclusive benefits of Super SA and its offerings.

**To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter**:
- Industry experience relevant to superannuation, financial services, communication, stakeholder relationship management or member education is preferred.
- Excellent strategic skills and the ability to translate complex information into a tailored member experience.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and engagement skills, with the ability to identify appropriate forums of communications and engagement.
- Experience in strategy development and implementation, particularly in the areas of member education and associated platforms.
- Ability to work independently, under limited direction, exercise initiative and to make decisions without prompting.
**Special Conditions**
Both roles are full time contracts for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
**Remuneration**
ASO6 - $97,022- $102,626 pa
