So, what’s the job?
You’ll be responsible for assisting with the management of the 3rd Party Service Providers and Claims Payment processes
You’ll oversee administrative tasks relating to an onshore portfolio for specific partners
You’ll complete payment audit functions including liaising with Providers, Internal and External Stakeholders, reconciliation of accounts and determining case coverage
You’ll act as the primary contact point for administrative-level escalations and claims, ensuring turnaround and processing in alignment with GICOP and AFCA legislation
You’ll identify gaps in process, service or knowledge and liaise with relevant stakeholders to deliver improvements
And what are we looking for?
You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in payment auditing or similar roles (e.g. Office administration, financial auditing, claims auditing)
You’ll have great time management skills
You’ll have the ability to detect and observe patterns
You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to both build rapport and have difficult conversations with stakeholders as required
You’ll have great attention to detail
You’ll have strong administration, planning and organisational skills
You’ll ideally possess a strong understanding of insurances processes and legislation
You’ll ideally have experience in quality assurance assessment and relevant quality assurance qualifications (Certificate/Diploma) - not necessary but highly desirable
