**The Company**
- Residential builder focussing on high-end townhouse developments.
- All their projects are located in Sydney's North Shore area - Crows Nest, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Killarra etc
- Established business that has a number of projects in development stages, along with good systems and procedures in place

**The Role**
- Reporting to a Project Manager
- Responsibility for the delivery of high-end townhouse projects
- This will include effectively and efficiently supervising the daily operations of projects onsite to ensure each project is delivered on time and in accordance with drawings and specifications.

**Duties**
- Proactively plan, manager, coordinate, track and run site activities with the Project Manager
- Supervise, manage, coordinate and direct subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site to achieve project requirements.
- Forecast expected labour requirements for projects on site, including but not limited to resourcing of new specialist Trades.
- Supervise and manage labour teams to complete work in accordance with specifications and to achieve quality, accuracy and time requirements.
- Ensure construction works comply with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia.
- Proactively plan, manage, coordinate, track, run and undertake assigned project tasks.
- Complete written daily diaries including hours of workers and plant, quantities of material, weather and general description of work completed.
- Assisting with Implementation of General and Specific On-Site Procedures

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager job role
- Townhouse project experience or similar
- Relevant building qualifications
- Great eye for detail and passionate to deliver a top-quality finish
- Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship
- Excellent communication skills
