- Tap into your ability to analyse data, decipher the critical pieces of information and your investigation skills
- Twelve months fixed term opportunities

**It’s more than a career at NAB. It’s about more opportunity, more moments to make a difference and more focus on you.**

Your job is just one part of your life. When you bring your ideas, energy, and hunger for growth to us, you’ll be recognised and rewarded for your contribution in return. You’ll have our support to excel for our customers, deliver positive change for our communities and grow your career.

It’s a good time to see what more you can find at NAB as Officer in Corporate Actions, fixed term 12 months.

Our Corporate Actions team, which sits within Asset Servicing Operations (ASO), provides service to Wholesale Institutional clients based in Australia and overseas. These institutions are primarily Superannuation Funds, Government Bodies, Fund Managers or Investment Houses. Corporate Actions team members are expected to actively monitor, capture and validate corporate action information through the life cycle of the event and ensure that adequate checks are in place on significant dates to reconfirm information from the primary sources.

We currently have Officer roles available in the following teams with intakes in November and February:

- Officer, Global Income
- Officer, Domestic Capital
- Officer, Global Capital
- Officer, Managed Funds

All roles are an integral part to reporting deliverables which need to be provided accurately and promptly in accordance with client service level agreements. This means our team will value your flexibility for paid overtime when required, to meet those daily service level agreements.

**As Officer, you'll have the opportunity to**:

- **Process** workload efficiently, accurately and within the timescales as set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilising systems/equipment as required, in order to provide internal and external customers with a high quality service

- **Work as a team** to ensure quality control is maintained as a collective unit and continuity of coverage between team members for absences
- **Manage risk**, by operating within the team’s control framework, following all instructions and meeting all your compliance obligations.

**What you'll bring**:
We're keen to hear from applicants who have been building upon their entry level administrative and processing skills, ideally within an operations, reporting or superannuation environment. Your previous exposure to delivering against targets / SLAs, the ability to analyse data, decipher the critical pieces of information and investigate where needed will be valuable.

Our team will benefit from your strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, self-discipline to work independently and calm demeanour for intense bursts of processing. If you have the right attitude to continue learning, you’re willing to work hard, and you possess a focussed ongoing determination to develop long-term industry critical skills, then we’re keen to hear from you

In ASO, you’ll have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the industry’s best leaders and focussed colleagues.
