Payroll Officer

Our client is a leading civil contractor specialising in the supply of equipment and resources. As a result of substantial, ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their strong team.
**What will this position entail?**
This role will see you taking on a variety of duties, such as:
- including collecting and verifying employee time and attendant records
- calculating and processing payroll
- distributing payslips
- reconciling payroll data
- assisting with answering any employee payroll queries
- admin ad-hock duties as required
**What do I need to be successful in this position?**
- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Products) and previous experience with accounting software, including SAP and Viewpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle to get to and from work
As this is a long-term, permanent position, you will be required to have full working rights and be available for a 40-hour week, Monday - Friday.
