Contributing to ALDI's growth, multiple opportunities are available to join the Replenishment team within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a full-time fixed term contract ending June 2024.**

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will drive the coordination of stock replenishment through our Distribution Centres to stores and our valuable customers. With an eye on continuous improvement, increasing the availability and handling of stock, we are looking for a proactive individual with a robust understanding of an agile and fast-paced FMCG environment.

**What the role looks like**:

- Provide timely and accurate information related to the status of freight movement
- Maintenance of various supply chain matrixes, templates and spreadsheets
- Accurately forecast inventory requirements to ensure sufficient stock to service our stores
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to collate accurate information and data
- Build and maintain the relationship with freight carriers and external stakeholders
- Analyse discrepancies and quality issues while partnering with stakeholders to provide solutions
- Handle fair negotiations with external service providers that have favourable terms

**A bit about you**:

- Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Transport ideal though not essential
- Willingness to identify areas of opportunity and solutions to stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management skills with an ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships
- Ability to demonstrate initiative to continually improve quality of work and efficiency
- Strong understanding and focus on integrity and data management
- Proven attention to detail and analytical skills
- Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
