**Mario's is a very busy casual dining pizzeria restaurant offering full table service with an on-site liquor licence.**
**As such the successful applicants would have to have a natural aptitude for attentive customer service with good communication skills. They would have to demonstrate confidence, calmness and proficiency in communicating with clientele, FOH servers and BOH production staff.**
**Requirements**:
**BARISTA COFFEE MAKING EXPERIENCE**
**PREPARING AND SERVING ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES**
**PREPARING AND SERVING BASIC COCKTAILS**
**Experience in Full Table Service procedures**
**Basic Dessert preparation and serving**
**Exceptional customer service skills**
**Good command of the English language and well spoken**
**Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine**
**Basic knowledge of wines**
**Great work ethic**
**Attention to detail**
**Confidence**
**Valid NSW RSA Certificate**
**Food Handling Certificate,**
**Kounta/ Lightspeed POS experience**
**Reservation Management experience using OpenTable**
**Cash Handling and EFTPOS experience**
**Our restaurant is a fun, fast-paced place to earn your dollar and we all work hard and have a good time**
**Shifts available on Tues - Sun from 4:00pm.**
**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: From $29.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
