Day to day you will:

- Be responsible for high volume timesheet award interpretation and data entry.
- Process large volumes of end-to-end new employee contracts, terminations and relevant employment changes.
- Process timely payroll transactions, calculations as well as peer checking relevant pay run.
- Provide exceptional customer service answering general level 2-3 payroll queries including but not limited to awards, policies, superannuation, and taxation.
- Adhere to all relevant awards/legislative instruments and relevant legislation.
- Prepare timely delivery of employee pay advice, government agency reporting and ad hoc payroll reporting.
- Collate payroll documentation and ensure all processes and submissions are audit compliant.
- Undertake all leave reconciliations i.e., annual leave, long service leave and sick leave and any other leave as required.

**Qualifications**
What we would like to see:

- Previous payroll experience in large and complex organisations
- Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation, taxation, payroll tax and other payroll legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a flexible, multi-functional team environment.
- Strong numeracy and excel skills.
- Experience in processing large volumes of work while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
- Experience in TimeTarget Workforce Management system and Chris 21 is desirable but not essential
