Calibre has an opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a large-scale heavy-haul rail renewals campaign. This FIFO position will provide an 8:6 roster from Perth and is offered with an initial 12-month contract. Working as part of the integrated Signals, Systems and Communications team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the on-site team.
- Coordinate the Signals, Systems and Communications (SSC) works on site and ensure the required outputs are delivered to the schedule.
- Review SOW documentation and ensure Contractor compliance with the SOW.
- Assist with the management of permits for the SSC works.
- Liaise with civil and track site supervisors and other stakeholders in relation to the SSC site works and their impacts.
- Coordinate the preliminary inspections and preparatory works, witness and sign off the SSC execution works, and coordinate the punchlist inspections and remediation works.
- Perform on-site safety inspections and resolve general workplace safety issues.

- 8+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working on Signals, Systems and Communications scopes of work.
- Demonstrated ability to review and interpret SSC scopes of work and standards to drive delivery on-site to a schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Previous heavy haul experience will be well-regarded.
