**Your new role**

In this 6-month role as a Communications Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building connections, understanding, and trust with our members through clear and targeted communications about AustralianSuper's insurance products and services. Our aim is to educate and provide relevant information for our members to make informed decisions that suit their individual needs.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Developing and updating print and digital assets including letters, Product Disclosure Statements, forms, fact sheets and web content
- Working closely with key stakeholders and business SMEs to gather information and gain relevant approvals
- Crafting and maintaining engaging communications that service members and support regulatory and product-driven changes, and project delivery Ensuring a consistent member experience across all platforms through multi-channel communications

**What you’ll need**
- Superannuation experience, ideally within Insurance
- 5 years+ experience in Communications, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
- Extensive experience developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications, including content writing, design management, production, and distribution of communications across multiple channels
- Strong copywriting background and well-developed ability in converting technical concepts into plain language
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to deliver projects on-time and to budget Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and set expectations
