**YOUR ROLE**

We are seeking a highly skilled customer-centric Technical Product Owner who will be responsible for leading the SRE function within Customer Technology.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog for SRE to support the operational resilience of the various workload patterns on the platform including e.g., serverless, micro-front ends, container-based implementations etc.
- a customer-centric approach to prioritise and manage the SRE backlog to ensure that the requirements of the consumers on the platform are satisfied.
- Drive and sustain business outcomes through a culture dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships across the business.
- Provide people leadership, budget and risk management oversights to the SRE team and helping to embed a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide input into the architecture, design, and implementation of the platform as a product via dynamic CI/CD pipelines, services catalogue, security and access controls, dynamic configuration management etc. using tools like Backstage, Terraform, Open Policy Agents etc while also measuring adoption through industry frameworks such as DORA.
- Manage quality, security, and operational risk controls on the platform through active engagement with the relevant communities of practice at IAG.
- Work with your team to ensure that the platform aligns with the SRE strategy leveraging infrastructure automation to provide insights into the platform's health and performance while ensuring zero-downtime and mínimal customer impacts.
- Work closely with consumers of the platform to ensure accurate and timely resolution of production issues as per agreed SLAs while always maintaining open and proactive communication.

**ABOUT YOU**

You're a natural leader with an experience profile that sets you apart from the pack. Our team is a fun-loving bunch of people, and we are looking for an individual with good sense of humour and below key skills and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of solid experience in Technical Product Management and Product Ownership in the delivery of SRE solutions. This must be backed up by relevant certifications e.g., PSPO I-III, CSPO, PMBOK, SAFe etc.
- Strong stakeholder management experience leveraging high EQ and soft skills.
- Strong customer-first approach in the delivery of business outcomes through a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction following Agile methodologies and Product Management best practices.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure as well as their associated automation tools.
- Strong experience with SRE best practices, cybersecurity, cloud security, environments and release management and security of the software supply chain.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with DORA metrics and codified policy enforcement is a plus.
