Cleaning Team Leader

Join the team at one of our Ventia offices and help keep our site shining- Ventia is now hiring one Team Leading Cleaner for our office in Booragoon, available for an immediate start.- This is initially a casual position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills.- Based in the Booragoon office, you will be responsible for the daily operational cleaning requirements of the office floor, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are always delivered.**Location**:Booragoon, WA
- **Shift time**:Monday to Friday afternoon from 14:00 to 20:00
- **Pay rate**: From $31.09 per hour plus penalties and 11% Superannuation**Duties include, but are not limited to**
Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all communal areas of the office, including the kitchen, toilets, and break rooms
- Ensure that all cleaning shifts are covered
- Coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners
