Then you could be the perfect Clinical Operations Project Officer to join the professionals at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network. The Clinical Operations Project Officer will be someone with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in relevant field or a combination of both. Additionally, they must have demonstrated high level skills and experience in project development and implementation. Importantly, if you are an overseas resident with a temporary visa, please apply. Here at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network, The Project Officer is responsible for Implementing, monitoring and evaluation of Clinical Operations projects according to evidence-based project methodology. The Project officer will take the lead in Clinical Operations projects and initiatives with support from the Clinical Improvement Unit. Supporting other leads within the Clinical Improvement Unit. The project officer will work within Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN) and Ministry of Health policies, procedures and guidelines as well as Corrective Services NSW or Juvenile Justice NSW rules and regulations as set out in the relevant legislation.

- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in project development and implementation.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in planning and leading project evaluation, monitoring and reporting.
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, including demonstrated ability to negotiate and facilitate effective discussion.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to drive/travel throughout NSW.
