- $84,394- $118,949 per annum + PLL Allowance (pro rata) + Super (commensurate with experience)

**We are seeking One Talented Educator to fill a**
**combined**
**ST:IE and PLL role (Full-Time)**

**OR**

**1 x ST:IE Teacher**
**AND**
**1x Primary Learning Leader (2-3 Days per week negotiable)**

**Primary Learning Leader (PLL)**: to support the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students in our school. to be successful in this role you will:

- capacity to lead and manage activities which promote the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students;
demonstrated high level capacity to develop interpersonal relationships, establish productive partnerships and work as part of a team to lead change;
- understanding of the Catholic perspective across the curriculum; and
- success as a classroom teacher and demonstrated commitment to professional development or formal study in teaching and learning.

**Support Teacher : Inclusive Education ST:IE**: As a dynamic and innovative member of our school community, in collaboration with students, parents, teachers, leaders and allied health professionals, you will support students across the full range of abilities and needs, to meet specific learning needs. In particular you will:

- preferably have had experience as a Support Teacher;
- demonstrate a collaborative preference in working and planning with teachers, support staff, students, parents and carers and external consultants;
- **demonstrate a sound understanding of the NCCD process;**:

- able to articulate and demonstrate involvement with BCE's High Yield Strategies and Expected and Effective practices which influence student progress and achievement;
- oversee and deliver a range of mapping and planning functions to support the delivery of inclusive education practices that are data-informed and evidence-based.

**About you**
**- **To be successful in this role you will bring relevant qualifications and contemporary teaching experience as well as:

- strong knowledge and experience in implementing the Australian Curriculum
- capacity to develop interpersonal relationships, establish productive partnerships, and work as part of a team to lead change
- capacity to lead and manage activities which promote the engagement, learning progress and achievement of students
- success as a classroom teacher and commitment to professional development
- Demonstrated competence against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers across professional knowledge, practice and engagement. (ST:IE)

**At BCE our teachers are required to**:

- Hold a current Queensland College of Teachers registration; and
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
