**The role**

**As our Impound Administrator you will have superior attention to detail to accurately record all vehicles, plant and equipment so they are stored and released correctly and in line with the relevant contractual, company and legislative requirements.** **You will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills when liaising with customers, Tow Truck Operators, Police, Councils and other authorities.**

This is a busy and rewarding role with a wide array of duties where you will have the opportunity to make your mark and take full ownership of the role.

**Duties**
- Administer and record all vehicles in and out of the impound
- Monitor and report on vehicle storage
- Process vehicle releases including invoices and payments
- Liaise and maintain relationships with various customers including; Police, Councils, Road Authorities and members of the public
- Attend to impound visitors ensuring WH&S compliance
- Coordinate private and public vehicle auctions
- Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and company requirements
- Support the Management and Service Delivery teams
- Quality compliance
- Process improvements
- Conduct regular vehicle and impound audits
- Adhoc duties as required

**Skills & experience**
- Customer service and/or administration experience
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for error
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written
- High level computer skills
