**Your new company**

Join a well-respected bank who focus on customers, community and people through long term connections and exceptional service. You will join them in actively assisting customers in achieving their financial and lifestyle goals. Their successful team in Lindfield are looking to bring in a Mobile Relationship Manager to capitise on the opportunity presented here and in the surrounding suburbs.

**Your new role**
- Drive lending growth through new business development and the delivery of tailored lending solutions
- Fulfill the broader needs of customers to help create, protect and grow their wealth
- Establish and maintain quality referral partner relationships
- Work to achievable targets with strong products and with the option to utilise administrative support and gain a delegated authority
- Facilitate the loan process by communicating and recommending lending products always with a customer focus and within policies, procedures and regulation
- Build and maintain internal and external business relationships utilising sound knowledge of consumer markets and appropriate sales strategies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in home lending sales/relationship management with time in a Mobile role preferred but not essential
- Highly developed credit analysis skills with strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of the mortgage industry and loan process
- Self-motivated and driven with strong networking and business development skills
- The ability to analyse and evaluate customer needs and provide quality information in a customer centric manner
- Minimum Cert III in Financial Services
