As Logistics Coordinator you demonstrate a passion for stock and supply chain, and people’s life at home.

You have strong attention to detail, the ability to coordinate and support the department team operationally.
You are a true customer advocate who takes pride in the service and can act upon customer feedback so they can expect a safe, seamless, sustainable, affordable, and fulfilling shopping experience.
As our store trades 7 days a week, you will be available to work a rotating roster including early mornings from 3am, evenings until 10pm and every second weekend in a fortnight.
**Your responsibilities**
As Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Supervising the daily operations of the Logistics team to secure efficient and safe goods flow processes, including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by motivating the team to secure inventory routines and provide the highest goods availability and maximise stock accuracy through timely executions.
- Providing feedback on team performance, and analysing and providing effective solutions where needed, to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
- Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies, by working closely with the Goods Flow Team Leader.
**Together as a team**
Together the Logistics team are behind the scenes that make sure IKEA products are always readily available to the many people. We use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimising costs. This is one department always challenging effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers all with the end goal of working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA
