We are Queensland’s biggest behaviour support team. We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in Positive Behaviour Support, with multidisciplinary supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you.

About you
- You will have a passion for evidence based practice and excellence in behaviour support
- You have a thirst for knowledge, an energy for learning and willingness to contribute to the learning of your peers
- You are excited by outstanding clinical practice and seeing this translate to the personal development of your clients
- About the role
- As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will deliver high level, evidenced-based clinical intervention to people living with a disability. You will provide advice, support and coaching to front line staff and families to assist in their understanding and ensure fidelity of your program. In doing so, you will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues engaged in direct support work.

Essential requirements
- Completed bachelors degree in a relevant qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services)
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence
- Hold a current blue (working with children) and yellow (positive notice card) or be willing to obtain one
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
