**About the Role**:
As an Aftercare Consultant, your primary purpose will be to gain business from new and existing clients while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will focus on selling aftermarket products and value-adding services, maintaining, and communicating an up-to-date knowledge of these products to customers.
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant manufacturer’s products and vehicles
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and support
- Negotiation skills to overcome issues, negotiate prices and complete purchase contracts
- Strong communication skills for both customer and team interactions
- Drive to improve and learn new skills and information
