**About the role**:
We are seeking an self-motivated **Project Coordinator** with strong problem-solving skills to join our growing team at PICHA Projects (signage department). In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of projects aimed at enhancing national brands through signage solutions. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in project management, while gaining valuable insights into the signage industry.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Basic understanding of **signage industry** (in printing, graphic design, production, installation) is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and installation techniques, stock, substrates, and media.
- Experience with quoting systems like WorkGuru or WorkFlow Max desirable.
- Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects independently.
- Capable of working unsupervised under deadlines and pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate seamless project execution from quoting to delivery, ensuring deadlines and client briefs are met.
- Manage project budgets and expenses to maintain financial control and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Maintain frequent, accurate, and timely communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide updates and address issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including quotes, schedules, progress reports, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, permitting requirements, and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure safe project execution.
- Liaise with the Production Manager to coordinate production and installation schedules efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and project success.
