**About the role**:
Working in one of their beautiful brand new homes near Noosa, you will work alongside the Residential Manager to ensure accreditation standards and new commonwealth government guidelines are met and residents and their families are satisfied with the ongoing care delivery. As one of three Clinical leaders you will be required to monitor, assess and contribute to the training needs and development of staff.

This position is suited to an individual with a dynamic personality who values communication, and the ability to motivate staff, manage clinical changes, and drive continuous improvement measures to achieve the best standards of clinical care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking duties and responsibilities in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, whilst actively pursuing our clients values, organisational goals and objectives
- Overseeing the person-centred needs of consumers, incorporating their choices, goals and preferences
- Delivering the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to residents
- Demonstrating a positive leadership style with the team, residents, families and other professionals
- Ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Leadership experience in Aged Care
- Current police check
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong abilities in coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Caring, kind and respectful approach promoting a positive team environment
