Join a highly regarded mid sized studio in the inner east who have a strong pipeline of work in the commercial and medium density residential sectors. Projects are currently in various stages, so we are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician who can be a part of the design development process and progress into technical documentation stages, ideally coordinating consultants as these projects progress.

With strong staff retention and a mix of experience in the studio from very senior down to recent graduates, this role looks for a confident technician or experienced documentation Architect who can work autonomously or lead a small team through technical phases. This studio has a strong commitment to sustainability and actively incorporate low energy design, passive solar and biophilic principles into their work.

Offered on a permanent basis, there is the opportunity to create a long term key role in this studio as you bring your technical knowledge and depth of experience. Also if you don't have ArchiCAD expereince, and otherwise bring all the skills, our client is happy to retrain to ArchiCAD.
