**About the Role**:
Furnish a staffing roster that adeptly addresses the requirements of the residents while facilitating the Residential Aged Care Facility in delivering high-caliber care and optimizing individual consumer outcomes. The incumbent Roster Clerk is expected to exhibit a constructive, proficient, and hospitable demeanor in customer service, emblematic of the compassionate ethos of Baptcare's Westhaven Community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide high quality customer service to clients, families, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Undertake general office administration duties in an accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain a safe environment for visitors and staff through the implementation of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Roster assistance on daily basis
Maintaining roster
Working to fill vacant shifts and assisting in other roster related issues
**Key Selection Criteria**:
Proven ability to work co-operatively with a diverse, multicultural workforce and client base.
Ability to review own schedule to manage priorities and the changing needs of residents.
Ability to manage visitors, phone calls and computer work in a friendly and efficient manner.
Commitment to working in accordance with Baptcare's values and Code of Conduct.
**Essential Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a similar role within aged care
Rostering experience
Certificate II or III in Business Administration (Desirable)
**Other**:
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check.
A medical assessment will be conducted to see if you are physically capable for the role.
