**Job Title: Event Bump In/Out Assistant**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Assistance with Event Setup**:

- Participate in setting up event spaces by assisting with moving furniture, arranging seating, and placing decorations and more as instructed.
- Help unload event equipment and materials from delivery vehicles and transport them to designated areas.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure all setup tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

**2. Support during Bump Out**:

- Aid in the breakdown of event spaces by dismantling furniture, removing decorations, and packing equipment for transportation.
- Assist in loading event equipment and materials onto designated vehicles for return to storage or rental facilities.
- Ensure event venues are left clean and orderly following the conclusion of events.

**3. General Assistance**:

- Provide additional support to the events team, by covering general floor shifts and performing basic maintenance tasks during the event period.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during events.
- Maintain open communication with team members to coordinate tasks and address any concerns or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and a readiness to tackle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
