We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telesales Representative** to contribute in generating sales for our clients’ brands. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining great customer relationships. Responsibilities may also include auditing, awareness campaigns and lead generation.

As an outbound Telesales representative your projects will vary for each client and brand.

As an effective Telesales representative, you must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products, promotions or gaining valuable information over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts effectively.

The goal is to help brands grow by bringing in customers and providing an unparalleled customer experience.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or promotions
- Identify, qualify and convert sales leads
- Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a brand through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills
- Providing timely and reliable actionable data for every call
- Delivery of client objectives
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Full weekday availability (Mon-Fri)
- Proven experience as **Telesales representative** or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Strong interpersonal and highly developed communication skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to create rapport with ease and agility
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Desire to contribute and add value
- Fast learner
- Confident in Excel
