**About the opportunity**:
We are currently seeking experienced AOD Support Workers to join our existing team at our youth residential home located in Coburg. This is a 24/7 unit with 3 shifts, morning, afternoon and night (stand up).

In this position you will contribute to the provision of a safe and hospitable environment for clients voluntarily seeking withdrawal from the acute use of alcohol and/or other drugs.

Working with the team, you will actively support clients to achieve their individual treatment plans. You will supervise and provide assistance with daily living activities, and facilitate and encourage client participation in program activities.

**About you**:
You will also have demonstrated experience in the provision of assessment and counselling services (preferably to dual diagnosis clients) and available and willing to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
