**Role Overview**:

- Deliver personal care tailored to individual plans.
- Enrich lives through daily activities and community integration.
- Record and maintain top-quality care documentation.
- Collaborate with families and care teams for optimal participant outcomes.

**Essentials**:

- Stellar communication skills.
- Legitimate working rights in Australia.
- Valid National Police Check & Working with Children’s Check (WWC).
- Current Drivers License, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.
- NDIS related clearances and training (Infection Control/Orientation Module).

**Boost Your Application**:

- First Aid & CPR certifications.
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent with 6 months of industry experience.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Disability Support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
