**YOUR ROLE**
As the Team Leader for our 3PL warehouse facility at Cranbourne, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the site and team; and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.This is a night shift, Mon-Fri 9 pm 5:06 am.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
- Coach, support and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Experience to a supervisory level in warehouse operations
- Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
- Strong customer, stakeholder and communication skills; sound computer literacy
- Bonus: LO and/or LF licences
