**About the role**

As we strive to be the most customer-centric healthcare company in the world, in this role you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership and implementation, coordinating and supporting problem solving to promote intuitive solutions.

Joining our Digital & Data team within a large program of work, this role will include helping team members understand Scrum theory, practices, rules and values, empowering developers and engineers to take ownership of technical quality and their design choices.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Managing a cross-functional Scrum team.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show & tells, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
- Facilitate the planning & delivery of non-technical enablers required to support the business.
- Work with operational, sales, marketing & compliance teams to identify, size, prioritise & schedule the non-technical enabler roadmap.
- Drive deliverables within the Scrum team.
- Ensure cross-team co-ordination & support team members to create & build a high performing team.
- Detect potential problems and remove impediments.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team monitor performance.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, holding relevant certification with a strong delivery background.
- Extensive experience collaborating across multiple crafts to realise commercial outcomes.
- Experience working within a customer-focussed team in Digital, Mobile or Online Services environment.
- Proven success in working with and across Business and IT delivery teams to deliver valuable customer and business outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and issues across numerous projects in a high paced environment.
- Experience in managing technology teams & developing high performing agile teams.
- Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
