As a manufacturer and distributor of compressed gases and cryogenic liquids to almost all industries across Australia, ranging from heavy industry and manufacturing, to healthcare and specialty users such as laboratories our client is raising the bar in terms of service, quality and value in the Gas industry and is currently seeking Driver to join their growing team.

**Describe the client**:
Coregas is changing gases around the country, seeking to raise the bar in terms of service, quality and value. We believe the best way to grow our business is to listen to our customers and deliver on our promises to them.

**Position Description**:

- Batch, palletise and load orders and consignments for delivery according to standard operating and safety procedures.
- Ensure all cylinders delivered and returned are correctly barcoded and scanned.
- Operate Forklift and Pallet Jack in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures.
- Load pallets and trucks to ensure daily orders are fulfilled in full and on time.
- Deliver cylinders to branches, depots and customer sites in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures.
- Identify vehicle maintenance requirements
- Complete pre-trip checks and vehicle condition reports.
- Complete truck trip reconciliations at the end of each day
- Accurately identify cylinder and product types, labels and codes.
- Sort cylinders and inspect for faults, paint/label condition, appearance and test dates according to standard procedure.
- Conduct regular check and maintenance of cylinder bar-coding.
- De-valve and re-valve cylinders as required, including internal cylinder thread inspection.
- Scan 100% of cylinders, packs and pallets using hand held scanners.
- Complete all paperwork and administrative tasks required for all key cylinder processing and handling procedures.
- Yard Responsibilities:_
- Conduct general housekeeping to ensure the stock yard is kept in good order at all times. Organise cylinders to ensure highest levels of safety are maintained on site.
- Conduct stock take activities as required
- Labouring or manual work experience
- Basic PC Skills
- General housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment
- Gas cylinder preparation
- Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation and load limit
